Salary / Earnings
- Guaranteed Earnings: AU$79,423 per annum
- Note: Guaranteed earnings do not include superannuation. Weekend penalties, tips, and superannuation are paid in addition to base earnings.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of waitering experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- Full working rights in Australia.

You will oversee daily floor operations, manage staff scheduling and training, ensure strict service and safety standards, manage floor profitability, and maintain our high reputation for guest satisfaction.
Salary / Earnings
- Guaranteed Earnings: AU$79,423 per annum
- Note: Guaranteed earnings do not include superannuation. Performance bonuses and superannuation are paid in addition to base earnings.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or assistant management experience in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong staff management, rostering, and inventory management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of NSW food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.Full working rights in Australia.
